Return Policy
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, but understand that skincare products are not a “one size fits all” item, which is why we offer a 14 day return policy in the event you change your mind. You can return item(s), in its original packaging by submitting a return within 14 days of the date you received it. Any item(s) that have more than half of the product used or gone will not be accepted for a return. You will be responsible for all shipping costs for any returned item(s). We recommend selecting a shipping carrier and method that includes tracking in the event the item(s) get lost in mail. Any unreceived merchandise sent back to VUDARRI cannot be refunded. After we receive, process, and accept your return, we will refund you the price of your item(s) (excluding the original shipping charges). Any Item(s) sent back without submitting a return will not be refunded.
